A fantastic time was had by the 30+ passengers aboard Jerry’s Rogue Jet’s “Rogue Queen” as they traveled upriver to Singing Springs Resort after a lovely social hour with finger foods and champagne at Happy Days Malt Shop. This year the cruise was hailed as “the best ever”. The buffet meal served by Singing Springs Resort was exceptional, the weather was ideal, and the mood was expansive….. A wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Gold Beach. The photos speak for themselves…
Tickets now are available for Curry Health Foundation’s popular annual fund-raising event – the Rogue River Champagne Jet Boat Cruise. The seventeenth annual cruise will be held Sunday, September 18 beginning at noon. The event will include a champagne and hors d’oeuvres social at Happy Days Malt Shop in the Port of Gold Beach. After an enjoyable ride upriver, dinner will be served at Singing Springs Resort.
The “Rogue Queen,” a glass-enclosed craft – provided by Jerrys Rogue Jets — will depart at 1 p.m. from the dock and return about 6 p.m. The cost per person is $75.
With generous support from Jerry’s Rogue Jets, the Curry Health Foundation is able to offer this event. The popular annual event has raised thousands of dollars in prior years, a majority of which has benefited several health-related non-profit organizations in Curry County.
The Curry Health Foundation is an independent not-for-profit organization that supports health care groups throughout Curry County. Since 1996, the Foundation has awarded over $450,000 for worthy projects benefiting Curry residents.
